Kiama Downs Successful in winning a grant
The Club was successful in winning a grant for a lift and upstairs toilet facilities.
The amount was $52 000 to help make up the $74 000 that we need..
Once the current season ends, we will begin works. Keep a look out around the club and on the website for how you can help.

Bronze, Surf Rescue and other Training
A Bronze and Surf Rescue course has just commenced. If you wish to join this one then contact Trina on email below.
Participants must be 15 for Bronze and 13 for Surf Rescue Certificate
Cost of the course is $100 and $80 respectively for non members

Goodsports Program
The Kiama Downs SLSC is a member of the Goodsports Program.
This helps the club ensure that we follow safe Bar and alcohol procedures and we are family orientated. Currently the club is on Level one accreditation working towards Level 2. To find out more about the Goodsports program go to http://www.goodsports.com.au/
Welcome - Kiama Downs Surf Life Saving Club
The Kiama Downs Surf Club is there for the members, surrounding residents and the general public that come down to enjoy Jones' Beach, Kiama Downs.
The club is welcome of all current members and the new ones soon to join. Please stop in and talk if you feel that you can help the club by volunteering. The club has a great atmosphere, with many activities from the patrolling of the beach, junior activites or nippers, as well as competition on the beach, in the water or in the Inflatable Rescue Boats.
